In order to be an effective agency, Didcot First recognises that it needs two things: Finance and Expertise.

In drawing a Board together Didcot First sought out Businesses who have a real interest in making Didcot a more positive place to live, work and invest.

The Founder Board members bring not only vital funding but also knowledge and a desire to make things more attractive for their workers and their families. Each of the founding 10 companies has a seat on the Didcot First Board and they are joined by 6 others who bring specialist skills and knowledge from particular sectors such as Housing, Education and the Third Sector (voluntary, community and social enterprise)
